Hip-Hop Dance Workshop with Sammie Williams
Participants will be led through a hip hop dance workshop and taught a short but fun and energetic routine. You can perform the routine later that evening (6pm) as a part of the CreateX opening events.
The duration is 1 hour
Sammie is a freelance performer, choreographer and teacher. She is co-director of hip-hop dance company Elements Collective and is a tutor for QUT Dance.
This is a collaboration between QUT dance and music. I can't say who has composed the music because it has to be kept a secret for the flashmob performance. All I can say is it's going to be lots of fun!
As well as learning something new you'll get the chance to perform.
